Sorry, what a green strip is placed between ferrite and dielectric, r ~ 3 cm?

The green strip in the picture from slide 9 is the border along the radius where the ferrite ends. This picture is a screenshot taken from the KARAT code interface in which small changes have been made using a graphical redactor. In the KARAT code interface, this green line indicates the radial coordinate where ferrite filling ends. The blue strip above shows where the oil filling starts.
