Dear Evgeny, Title of abstract may differ from Title of manuscript. Title that specify in IEEE License Agreement must match Title of uploaded manuscript.

Здравствуйте. По устным докладам: 1. Надо будет с площадки вебинара скачивать какое то программное обеспечение? 2. В требованиях к устному докладу - достаточно будет голосовой связи и с демонстрацией презентации, или, предполагается, надо добывать веб камеру и представлять видео докладчика в реале в антураже лаборатории, помимо голоса и презентации?

1. webinar.ru does not require additional software to be installed on a desktop or laptop.
2. To participate in the session, you do not need to have a webcam, a headset with mic will be enough.
3. Demostration of the presentations comes from the webinar.ru cloud service.
4. Your presentations will be uploaded to the cloud by the organizing committee in advance.

Which file should be uploaded in the box 'load the video file'? Is it a video of my performance at the conference in September? Or should I upload the video with my presentation before the conference start?

I will take part in conference in 21 September (15th International Conference on Modification of Materials with Particle Beams and Plasma Flows), but I'm taking part in another conference that day. Can I take part in EFRE on 22 or 23 September? I sent you an e-mail message, but I still don't have an answer.

Ранее мне сказали, что можно сделать доклад на русском, а презентация на английском. Сейчас в обсуждение я читаю другую информацию.
Как правильно определить время своего доклада, не где это не написано.

Доклад на русском языке делать крайне нежелательно. На устных сессиях предусмотрен последовательный перевод, если докладчику нужна помощь с переводом. Это означает, что Вы постоянно должны делать паузы между фразами, чтобы переводчик смог перевести. Следовательно, время Вашего доклада сокращается примерно в 2 раза.
Время вашего доклада предсказать довольно сложно. Для всех это необычный формат, могут быть сложности с соединением или технические проблемы. Лучше всего подходить к началу вашей сессии. Все устные сессии начинаются в 9:00 московского времени (или 9:00 UTC+3).
Убедительная просьба, вести обсуждение на форуме на сайте Конгресса на английском языке.
